做法
1. | 依照炒飯基本準備好材料。我這次使用糙米飯。 |
2. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入1大匙油,再放進香腸,冷凍蔬菜,¼ 小匙鹽和 1/8 小匙白胡椒拌炒1分鐘。盛出放在一旁。 |
3. | 3大匙油在炒鍋裡燒熱後加入蛋炒碎。倒入米飯繼續炒到蛋呈金黃色而飯米粒都鬆散開來,然後加入鹽,胡椒和醬油調味。 |
4. | 最後再拌入香腸,冷凍蔬菜和蔥花拌炒到所有材料都熱透即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Follow the instruction of "Fried Rice Basics" to prepare the ingredients. I use brown rice this time. |
2. | Add 1 tbs. of oil to a heated wok. Placae in the diced sausage, defrosted vegetables, ¼ tsp. of salt and 1/8 tsp. of white pepper, and stir for 1 minute. Set the mixture aside. |
3. | Heat 3 tbs. of oil in the wok until very hot then add the beaten egg and scramble. Place in the rice and stir until the egg is golden brown and the rice is loose without any clumps. Mix in the salt, pepper and soy sauce for seasoning. |
2. | At last add the sausage, vegetables and scallion. Stir-fry until all the ingredients are heated through. |
